This Year’s 40-Day Wellness Journey will be Jan. 24th to March 4th and I am looking forward to the discussions surrounding the topic listed.

- 40 days is 6 Weeks. The Journey may be long, but it’s achievable.
- A creative Fast and Prayer session can be incorporated to assist with the re-education of the lifestyle changes.
